All use of the Marketing magazine Online Content (“MMOC”) is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. Marketing magazine (“MM”) reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement. Changes will be posted on theMarketing magazine Online Web site (


MMC contains two types of content:

  1. “MMOCs Own Content” means information and/or images entered into MMOC by employees and authorised representatives of MM.
  2. “Other Content” means any other information and/or images entered into MMOC by Users or other persons.

Use of Marketing Magazine Content

MM hereby grants you the right to access and use MMOC for free and under the terms described in this Agreement. The User may not disseminate any portion of MMOC through electronic means, including mail lists or electronic bulletin boards, without the prior consent of MM. Consent for special arrangements regarding electronic distribution may be obtained from MM by contacting the publisher, Soren Beaulieu.

Except as expressly permitted in this Agreement, MMOC may not be reproduced, transmitted, or distributed without MM’s permission. The User may not commingle any portion of MMOC with any other information and shall not edit, modify, or alter any portion. All of MMOC’S Own Content is either the property of Lighthouse Independent Media. (“Lighthouse”) or is licensed to Lighthouse. The User shall honor all reasonable requests by MM to protect MM’s proprietary interests in MMOC.

If you wish to highlight a certain content piece on your website. You are only allowed to reproduce a maximum of 15 words (inclusive of the headlines) of the content piece on your website and provide a hyperlink to the appropriate web page in No images are to be reproduced.
